DUO is experiencing technical issues in SMS/PhoneCall MFA. 11:00 am
At present, using SMS Text/Phone Call Authentication Methods in DUO MFA is failing. Only DUO Push is working at this time. If you are able to use DUO Push, you can still access LUMA. We are monitoring this closely and will update regularly.
We are seeing successful SMS and Phone Call Delivery, LUMA users should be able to resume LUMA signin with SMS/Phone Call MFA methods.
Identified - We have identified the issue causing Admin Panel login, Device Management Portal, Risk-based Authentication, and SMS/Phone Call delivery failures across all deployments and are working to deploy a fix.
