SIT Testing LUMA environments are inaccessible after monthly upgrade.

Customers who attempt to access SIT testing LUMA environments will receive an error message. Infor is aware of this issue and is working on the solution presently.

Involta BCS Power Outage

ITServiceDesk noticed connectivity issues beginning @ 21:40. Involta was contacted and they confirmed power outage at BCS. As of 01:05 11/12/22, the following applications are down: Online Reporting, Statewide Accounting System (PCard, Travel Express, etc.), Net Pay Calculator, IBIS and Central Registry and SCO email. Involta has no ETA on resolution time.
